Waiaua Bay

+ series

A developer series project, this concept had some additional challenges regarding access. A comprehensive feasibility was undertaken which aligned to the RMA, resulting in effective access to a remote location. 100% off-grid, additional features were integrated into the design concept to provide a luxurious environment for guests.

A remote, beautiful seaside setting, and a sympathetic design that celebrates the setting and nestles within it, the design was bespoke and carefully crafted. Being coastal, materials were carefully selected to balance design and functionality.

As a subsidary daytime dwelling for guests that are staying at the internationally renound resort situated up the hill, this design compliments the existing dwelling.
